Tekkers Strength offers a 5-star coaching program for goalkeepers of all ages that is tailored to athlete preparation/mobility, performance fieldwork, weight-room specific strength training, core and conditioning, and post-training recovery.

This program, in partnership with Sports Performance Powered by D1, offers advanced dual focused training to meet individual athlete needs. The purpose of this collaboration is to support your on-field sessions with a personalized strength program to reach and increase your potential. 

Our unique program and approach is led by Tekkers Goalkeeper Coach and SportsIowa Sports Performance Speed and Strength coach Abbey De Bruin.

  • A 6-pack or 10 pack training option for keepers looking to train individually with a coach to maximize their goals.

  • 6-pack or 10-pack training options for groups of 2-3 keepers at a time. Sessions are designed for keepers to work with and against each other to improve.

Join Tekkers Strength coaches in the weight room for goalkeeper-specific exercises, focusing on mobility, hand-eye coordination, and explosive movements. This tailored approach ensures a well-rounded athletic foundation for goalkeepers.

Based on the group or individual's skillset and age, we will make the necessary adjustments to the program to maximize their ability to improve strength, agility and coordination.

Our goal is to maximize efficiency and help create a more confident, skilled player. During on-field and in-goal sessions, you'll dive into the technique, form and tactics of all skills to maximize your ability while receiving plenty of valuable repetition. Become a more agile, skilled, and confident goalkeeper. In each session, you can expect to be pushed tactically and technically to build the necessary habits to push on to the next level.
